Owner | Developer
After decades in senior management with some of America’s most recognized global retailers, Moss found himself seeking deeper purpose. In 2022, he set out to build a meaningful legacy, earning his Master of Science in Real Estate Development, Investment & Finance in 2024.
Now stepping into the Pacific Northwest’s evolving development landscape, Moss is driven by a clear vision: a clean, optimized, and human-centered approach to solving the region’s most pressing structural challenge—housing. His passion for thoughtful, impact-driven development is the foundation of Human[kind]Developments, and its infectious.
Moss lives in Portland, Oregon, and has two adult children. He still dabbles in his past life as a singer-songwriter and, most recently, learned that in golf—as in life—the real enemy isn’t the ball, It's the humility the ball demands from me.
